FarmPlace is committed to a safe, trustworthy marketplace for buyers, farmers, and agricultural businesses. These standards explain how we handle harmful content, deceptive activity, and child safety.

1. Marketplace Integrity

Listings should accurately describe livestock, crops, feed, dairy, equipment, prices, availability, location, and pre-order timing. Misleading listings, fake availability, unsafe products, and payment scams are prohibited.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users may not share illegal, harmful, hateful, threatening, fraudulent, sexually exploitative, or abusive content. Harassment, impersonation, predatory behavior, and attempts to exploit other users are not allowed.

3. Child Safety

FarmPlace maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We remove suspected violating content, restrict offending accounts, and report eligible cases to appropriate authorities.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

Users can report concerning listings, messages, or profiles. We may remove content, suspend accounts, limit marketplace access, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful investigations.
