1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Farmers must provide truthful listing and availability details.

2. Marketplace Features

FarmPlace supports farm feeds, direct buyer inquiries, listings, messages, and pre-orders for agricultural goods and equipment. Users agree to communicate respectfully and lawfully.

3. User Content

You may upload farm updates, product listings, images, videos, prices, availability windows, and profile information. You retain ownership of your content and grant FarmPlace a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Post illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• List restricted or misrepresented goods, unsafe products, or items you are not authorized to sell.
• Spam, scam, phish, impersonate another user, or solicit sensitive information.
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape data, manipulate listings, or disrupt the service.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict marketplace activity, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests when users violate these Terms or threaten marketplace safety.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FarmPlace if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through our Delete Account page.

7. Disclaimers

FarmPlace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee availability, buyer demand, farm output, pricing, delivery timing, or transaction outcomes.
